And once you experience speaking through that lens, you’ll never waste another stage, podcast, or presentation again.
And here's what I know:
Good speakers create a moment. Exceptional ones spark momentum.
Here’s where I step up to the mic, to share what 10,000+ hours speaking and coaching clients on their talks has proven to me: The time you spend on stage should give you more off stage.
You’re already talking all the time in your business, let’s make your words pay off
MORE CLIENTS
who reach out to YOU and book at higher rates without chasing or convincing
MORE TIME
to spend offline with your family, brunching with your gal pals or exploring new parts of your city.
MORE OPPORTUNITIES
that don’t yet exist on your vision board but will land in your lap when you least expect it.
I was born with an extremely rare genetic bone condition that makes my bones super breakable and led to the tiny bones in my ears deteriorating to the point I now rely on hearing aids to communicate with other people. Even so, I built a career and business speaking on stages. 1500+ of them. Sounds like an unlikely path.
Once I started sharing my experience publicly, I learned from so many people with invisible disabilities beyond hearing loss, that they finally felt seen and understood.
Because something magical happens when you have the courage to share the most true parts of yourself with others.
And I know you have a story inside you that needs to be shared. It doesn’t have to be as dramatic as mine. In fact, those seemingly uneventful life stories are the most relatable.
After returning from maternity leave for my 3rd son, I recorded my 240th podcast episode and launched the 6th iteration of my signature program, Signature Era™
Turned my insights from delivering 100s of entertaining, effective talks into a group program for online business owners to grow their authority through speaking. Those 1000s of stage hours paid off!
Opened my speaker coaching business while flying around the world professionally speaking. Between teaching biz owners & trainers I clocked hours of stage time & miles in the air. AND gave birth to my second baby :)
let's rewind....
Promoted from event planner to head of client training at a top management firm in healthcare. I took to the stage to teach audiologists how to serve their patients by selling hearing aids.
Became first runner-up to Miss Oregon. I tripped on my dress while speaking in front of that big group but I shook off the flub, because I had a message to share as the co-founder of the non-profit my family started to honor my mom.
Spoke at mi high school State Final business & marketing competition. My mom died from metastatic breast cancer while I was there. She insisted I show up fully, no matter what life was throwing at me.
