Early in my career I got voluntold to fill in for a presenter at a major conference. I was underprepared and winged it in front of a room full of doctors. I pulled it off well enough to get the applause. But for someone who holds themselves to a high standard, "well enough" felt like failure.

That experience lit a fire that became an obsession with understanding not just how to show up on a stage, but how to communicate at my absolute best everytime I open my mouth. 

That obsession took me all the way to VP and a decade scaling a healthcare company to a $160M exit, running conferences, hiring speakers, making tough calls, and stepping on stage myself to teach sales, leadership and communication to thousands across the country. When the company sold, they flew me around the world for 18 months to teach their teams how I did it.

In 2018 I left corporate to do this work on my own terms... coaching leaders who are already good and know they're capable of so much more.
